Once your reservation is confirmed, a representative from the appropriate sales point will contact you to confirm availability, discuss any specific requirements, and arrange delivery instructions.

If the model is not currently in stock, production and delivery typically require up to three months. This is an estimate and may vary depending on production schedules and logistical factors. We reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines in the event of production delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

All delivery details, including estimated timing and courier information, will be communicated to you once the model is ready for dispatch.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address provided. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details.

Import Duties and Taxes

Final pricing may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other local charges depending on the country of delivery and the origin of dispatch.

Where applicable, you will be responsible for these additional charges, including any customs clearance costs, documentation (e.g. Certificate of Origin), or other import-related fees. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from Spark Collection, you are regarded as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Variations in Colour or Detail

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in our product images and descriptions, minor differences may occur. All Spark models are hand-made, with each unit individually assembled from multiple parts.

In some cases, photographs shown on our website may depict pre-production prototypes or samples. The final delivered product may differ slightly due to design adjustments, material changes, or manufacturing updates. These variations do not constitute defects.

Exclusions and Limitations

Delivery is not available to certain destinations. A list of excluded countries and territories is available upon request or during the checkout process. We reserve the right to refuse service where delivery is deemed impractical or restricted by regulation.
